Sapphire Pool
Sapphire Pool is a gem of a thermal pool found within Yellowstone’s Biscuit Basin. The reflective crystal clear blue waters of Sapphire Pool sparkle and resemble the hue of a sapphire. Surrounding the pool are pale colored siliceous sinter deposits, volcanic in origin.
